bad smell power issue
The breakfast had plenty of choices.
My room had a slight bad smell. The power kept cutting out every five minutes. This made working difficult and was quite annoying

comfortable bed effective air-conditioning
I stayed in a room with terrace access. The room was cleaned daily and included complimentary bottled water, which I REALLY appreciated. The bed was VERY comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, essential in the heat. It was PERFECT.
The hotel has a lot of vegetation, SO it also attracts many mosquitos.

the staff was cute. the cleanliness was superb throughout the entire hotel. i enjoyed the excellent gym. my room was wonderful and spacious.
the building shows some wear which is a slight downside.

a decent stay
excellent location many cafe terminal 21 mall a c problem hotel age closed shop
the hotel's location is really convenient. i found myself super close to terminal 21 mall. many cafes and restaurants are just around the corner. the walk to jomtien beach was totally doable.
the air conditioning in my room had some issues. the hotel is beginning to look a bit aged. a few shops and restaurants nearby have closed.

Wonderful stay!
ample equipment helpful staff clean room really good comfort
The gym had ample equipment. I found three treadmills and two stationary bikes available. The staff was helpful. They addressed every request with a smile. My room was always clean and well kept. The bed in my room offered really good comfort.
I noticed some minor wear in some areas of the building, especially around the main pool.
