I stayed in a room with terrace access. The room was cleaned daily and included complimentary bottled water, which I REALLY appreciated. The bed was VERY comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, essential in the heat. It was PERFECT.
The hotel has a lot of vegetation, SO it also attracts many mosquitos.

the hotel's location is really convenient. i found myself super close to terminal 21 mall. many cafes and restaurants are just around the corner. the walk to jomtien beach was totally doable.
the air conditioning in my room had some issues. the hotel is beginning to look a bit aged. a few shops and restaurants nearby have closed.

The gym had ample equipment. I found three treadmills and two stationary bikes available. The staff was helpful. They addressed every request with a smile. My room was always clean and well-kept. The bed in my room offered really good comfort.
I noticed some minor wear in some areas of the building, especially around the main pool.
